If weather conditions are questionable we will text and call you on the morning of your event. You will be given till 2PM to choose to cancel or proceed.  

If you choose to cancel you will receive a refund minus the deposit or the opportunity to reschedule if available.

If you choose to proceed no refunds will be issued as our staff will begin setting up.

Once our staffs feet touch the sand no refunds will be given.

Beach closures due to Hurricanes will be given a full refund.

If lightning is detected within 8 miles of your campfire location our staff will have to clear the area and wait for weather to subside.

Cameron county has a strict policy regarding glass on the beach:

No glass containers are allowed on the beach. This includes all types, sizes, shapes, and descriptions of glass material or containers.

The penalty for violating this rule is a fine up to $500.

We can not stress this enough. THERE IS NO GLASS ALLOWED ON SPI BEACHES. This rule is to keep everyone safe. REMEMBER….PARTY SMART!

On county beaches where vehicles are permitted you must enter and exit at the County Access. DO NOT DRIVE IN THE DUNE LINE. Speed limit is 15MPH. Fines are costly and will be implemented.

Please follow and respect all county laws. They are in place to keep you and the local community safe.

1. CODE OF CONDUCT. All attendees, participants, vendors, and guest are expected to behave respectfully towards others and to follow all venue rules, local laws, and event guidelines.  

2. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech. Physical violence or threats of harm. Intoxication or substance abuse that disrupts the event. Vandalism or theft.

3. RIGHT TO REMOVE AND CANCEL Living the Dream Creators reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without warning whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or in violation of this policy.

4. NO REFUND POLICY FOR MISCONDUCT If removal from the event occurs due to misconduct or violation of this policy, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of the amount paid.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AGREEMENT by purchasing an event package, registering, or attending, you agree to abide by this policy and understand that failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

By attending a Living The Dream Creators event, you agree that attendance and participation are at your own risk. The Event Organizer, its staff, contractors and venue partners shall not be held liable.

*Any personal injury, illness, or death

*Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

*Acts of negligence or misconduct by other attendees, vendors, or third parties  

*Delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond Living the Dream Creators control.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Living the Dream Creators from any and all claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your related attendance, participation or conduct at the event.

ALL CHILDREN UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT

A $200 non refundable deposit is due at time of booking.

Deposit amount subject to change depending on size of event

Final payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event.

If final payment is not made 2 weeks prior to your event date your event will be canceled and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
